You will need to answer a few quick questions about your energy, like how much you pay and the name of your plan. If you need a hand, please don’t hesitate to ask. Our team will explain everything to you in a simple and straightforward way, without using any energy confusing jargon.
Our system will then compare your current plan and tell you if you’re overpaying by displaying the top 3 cheapest deals we can find on the market and show you how much money you can save.
After you’ve selected your plan, we’ll ask you for a few more details like the first line of your address and your phone number, and finally, you’ll set up your new direct debit with your new supplier securely on our website.
When that deal ends, our system will automatically switch you to the cheapest deal Switchboo can find, so you never give suppliers more money than you need to. You’ll also never have exit fees to pay because we only switch you when your contract is up for renewal, so it’s a win-win!
Every year, Switchboo will email you and tell you who the cheapest is and sort everything out for you, so you don’t have to worry about it. You’re always in full control and know what’s going on, and every time we set up an energy deal, we’ll give you 14 days to hit the breaks, just in case you ever change your mind.
